SPF 1: U.S. tax-deductible contributions via Myriad USA.
Set up through a US 501(c)(3) structure that provides tax-deductible receipts to donors.
SPF 1 is managed in partnership with trusted non-profit organizations, including Myriad USA
(formerly King Baudin Foundation), a US 501(c)(3) public charity, and Palestine for Credit and
Development (FATEN), a leading non-profit Palestinian microfinance institution.

A social lender program managed directly by UCI that provides direct loans to Palestinian families at a
3% interest to enable land ownership. UCI guarantees that all social lenders will be paid back their
loans plus 3% interest.

Notes
Land areas are 1 dumum (1,000m²). Title deed to be transferred after completion of full
contribution/pledge.
Farkh / Qarawa lands are 30 minutes from Ramallah.
Deir Dibwan is 15 minutes from Ramallah (hence higher value).
Contributors who intend to build will be given prime central locations in new master plans.
Expedited land title transfer upon completion of construction.
Call Option Notes
UCI will acquire shares for contributor at current market value on the date of the donor's
first contribution and reserve the shares in its treasury.
Once total contribution is complete, donor will have the opportunity to exercise the option
for up to 5 years at the original purchase value.
Current book value of UCI’s share as of Dec 31, 2024 is $1.36 (all of our assets are in real
estate).
Share market value is $0.37.
