Khaled Sabawi

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Khaled is CEO and Vice Chairman of UCI, one of the largest real-estate and impact investment companies in Palestine where Khaled co-founded TABO, a project that expands Palestinian property rights in the West Bank by creating title deeds in unregistered areas and makes new affordable lands available. Khaled grew UCI to lead its national real-estate market for over 10 years. Khaled previously founded MENA Geothermal, a two-time recipient of the Energy Globe Award, which grew to install the largest geothermal system in the Middle East at the American University in Jordan. Khaled is a graduate of the University of Waterloo’s Computer Engineering Program, the Harvard John F. Kennedy School’s Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century Executive Education Program, and the Oxford Said Business School’s Leadership at the Edge Program. Khaled is a recipient of the Young Alumni Achievement Medal from the University of Waterloo in Canada.

Nida Tawil Disi

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Nida Tawil Disi is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. As COO of Union Construction & Investment (UCI), she has played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic investments. Her expertise spans strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and crisis communication. Before UCI, Nida led multi-million-dollar fundraising strategies for organizations such as The Palestine Museum, Oxfam, and Qattan Foundation, securing and managing over USD 20 million in grants and donations. She managed donor portfolios, led strategic partnerships with renowned global institutions, and designed medium- and long-term financial sustainability strategies that provided roadmaps for board members and senior executives. Her work championed social justice, education, and cultural heritage, making significant contributions to community development.

Hanan Abu Thuraia

IT and Marketing Manager

 Hanan Abu Thuraia is an accomplished IT and Marketing Manager with over 15 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Control Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering. Since joining UCI in 2007, Hanan has led digital marketing initiatives, system upgrades, and strategic planning efforts, enhancing operational efficiency and business growth. Her combined technical and marketing expertise aligns IT infrastructure with UCI’s business goals, creating long-term value through innovation and collaboration.

Shadi Nabil Omar

Financial Manager & International Arab Certified Public Accountant (IACPA)

 Shadi Nabil Omar brings over 20 years of financial management and strategic leadership experience. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Al-Najah National University and became an IACPA in 2015. Since joining UCI in 2009, Shadi has advanced to Financial Manager, aligning the company’s financial strategies with sustainability objectives. His leadership has strengthened UCI’s financial growth, corporate responsibility, and community impact. Shadi's commitment to integrating sound financial practices with social responsibility drives the company's long-term success.
